The Field Training Division is responsible for training, and evaluating cadets to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance. members of FTD play a crucial role in mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback that shapes future officers. Our goal is to maintain training consistency and uphold operational excellence.
- Minimum rank of Police Officer II
- Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures
- No active disciplinary infractions in the past 30 days
- Ability to conduct fair and thorough assessments of cadet field training profiles
